"I have a physical job and was having some trouble with chronic aches and pains. I started taking mat classes here because they were financially accessible, fit with my work schedule, and came highly recommended."

"Allison's class is a mix of low-impact bodyweight exercises and classical pilates mat exercises. Lots of core work, stretching, hip, knee, and shoulder mobility exercises, with plenty of modifications for all skill levels and all ages."
